خلاصه داستان : جولیان مارکام اشراف زاده، برادر مسخ شده خود، سر ادوارد را در برج خانه خود محبوس نگه می دارد. سر ادوارد گهگاه فرار می کند و شهر را خراب می کند.

Detective Inspector Martineau has been assigned to hunt him down and bring him in. From seedy barrooms, through gambling dens the trail leads to an explosive climax high on the rooftops of the city.
